Letter to parents Re: Attendance at school September 2023

There are currently 171 pupils on roll at Hunstanton Primary School (February 2024)

Regular attendance at school is important in preparing children for their future in society. Planned absence should be discussed with the school in advance and permission obtained. 

The school will not give permission to keep a child away for non-essential absence (e.g. shopping trips, haircuts etc). Holidays within term time will not be authorised. Unexplained absence will be recorded as unauthorised.
